I received the court summon in mail but i wanted to know the penalties because it was my first offense ever and should i plea guilty. the guy at the casino said i would get from 500 to 1000 bucks fined 6 months license suspension and a criminal record. Has anybody been in similar situation or knows a solution of getting this reduced.
