My parents were from Macau, and I lived in Macau for several years. But it's been a very long time since I visited there, and with all the casino developments and the increase in the number of mainland visitors, I'm sure it's a very different place now.
Is it overall safe, a good place to stay? I'm planning to go there this winter break to visit family.
