Ok i am planing to create a website for kids with free educational games(no Disney content inside).
What i want to ask is, will there be a problem if i put picture of mickey mouse somewhere in the website ? Just to make it more kid friendly. On that site everything will be free(playing the games) and i plan to make money from advertising.
If u open google and type any disney/WB character + online games there will come numerous websites that got games with disney characters on it. I dont plan to make games with disney characters, but on these sites on the footer is writen:
"All games and descriptions copyright © to their respective owners. This website is only for entertaining purpose only. We are not in any way affiliated with any other sites"
And ofc there are ads on these websites.
So will there be a problem to use it just for design? And should i write similar message on the footer ?
