Does anyone know any good free on line game websites?...?

..nothing too extreme, I just like simple games where you have to work things out, like Lemming, Sugar-sugar..things like that. I also like on-line pool & snooker. Found some pretty good pool sites, but I can never find any good ones for snooker & billiards. Cheers.

I remember a game about being God where you shoot lightening at stick people, cows, sheep and UFO's. It is a free on-line game but I can't remember the name. Any suggestions?

Download speed or upload speed?

What is the important one when you're talking about actual internet speed, in terms of quicker browsing and lag-free on-line game play? Is the upload speed more important or is download in these conditions? Cheers. Also, how many Mbps on average will I need to play online games like Call of Duty without lag?
