I've been seeing my bf for 3 years n found out I'm pregnant two weeks ago. I finally told my bf 4 days ago. We had a big fight n he kicked me out of his house in the snow n I had to walk home for 8 miles. I went back the next day to and he freked out and disappeared for two days. I now know that he cheked himself into an Indian Casino on the other side of town (his friend told me the other day but wuoldn't say which one) and now I'm stuck waiting for him. he won't answer his phone. His friend dropped of a letter from my boyfriend saying things like (and these are ACTUAL quotes):
"I think this whole situation is a big mess I didn't sign up for."
"I want an abortion, but I'm almost out of money. I lost a good chunk at the black jack table earlier. You're going to have to pay for it."
"I won't give up gambling, smoking, drinking, or heroin wether or not you keep it."
"My band is going on tour next month and I can't be around to raise a kid, I have priorities."
"I'll forgive you for eating all of my pizza rolls, and loosing my Jurassic Park DVD, but I'm still mad at you for throwing out my vintage 80's porn collection. All those videos and magazines were worth $800. If you keep the kid, I'll use it as leverage to not pay child support."
What do I do? I just want to make a family out of this. He's never been like this before. :''(

There is an Indian casino about 40 miles north of me and now there are plans to build one in my home town about 40 miles south. I have been to the northern one a few times over the years, but don't care if I never go again; gambling just doesn't really excite me that much. The one going in will be built about two blocks from the state capitol building. Why do we need so many casinos? I know this sounds like NIMBY, but, geez.
