If each possible product is between 15 and 200, then the least and greatest integers on the cards could be? the answer given is 4 and 13. I don't even know where to start on this one.

Hi everyone,
I want to create a multiplication game using visual basic.
When I click on the button start I will enter one number from 1 to 50 then this number will generate t two number, example (6x28)
And there are four button one answer is correct.
I want to use:
-Random
-Loop
-2 If statment
-2 select case
Also, I want to know what the code is use when I click on the right answe like become a sound or right tick.
