Is there any games like runescape that have web client or even if it does have Download if it could load up like Minecraft screen.I don't care about graphics

i play alot of rpg games, like league of legends and battleon. problem is, alot of the games my friends recommend either cost too much or require i download stuff for it. what are some fun online games i could try? preferably somehting that entails leveling up and stuff. free is best. XP

I played Runescape,adventure quest, dragon fable, mech quest. I only like Runescape but i want to play more then one online r.p.g game that I DON'T have to download or buy. I also DON'T want a game that you can only play on certain computers.
