i graduate in june and i get a little bit of money im going to start working at san manuel casino as soon as i graduate and i want to buy a house with 3 friends
2 of them are 18
and the other is 20
i figured if we all chip in for the house payments and utilities and all that great stuff we can make it
i trust these people alot but my grandma is telling me its stupid of me to even think about it because im not smart enough.(she didnt say those exact words but thats kind of what she was saying)and that if they move im left with bad credit because i wont be able to pay it on my own so what should i do rent? i am positive i want to move but what kind of things should i do to prepare for it?
